Yes, you’ll need to create an online account to place an order. It also makes reordering quicker and easier next time.

Delivery times vary by suburb and day. During checkout, you’ll see the delivery windows available for your location. You can view our full delivery timetable here.

All Leaf Online orders are delivered by our own Leaf drivers. Orders placed via Uber Direct are delivered by Uber drivers.

On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text letting you know your place in the queue and an estimated arrival time. You’ll receive another notification when the driver is on their way, with live tracking available.

Yes, Click & Collect is available from all Leaf stores. Orders are picked and packed from our Armadale store, so some store-specific items may be unavailable and collection times are typically later in the day.

Same-day delivery depends on your location and the time of day. Morning delivery slots close at 6am and afternoon slots at 12pm. If you’ve just missed a cut-off, feel free to call or email - we’ll always try to help if we can.

Yes. You can add notes for your whole order or individual items, including weight or quantity preferences. You can also choose whether substitutions are allowed. Even if substitutions are turned off, our team may still contact you if we think a suitable alternative is worth discussing.

You can add items to your order up to 4 hours before your delivery window closes. After that, please contact our Home Delivery team at the Armadale store or email online@theleafstore.com.au. Cancellations follow the same process.

Your tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been finalised.

Uber Eats is designed for speed and convenience, with faster delivery times and a more limited range at higher prices. Leaf Online offers a wider selection, scheduled delivery windows, and a more personalised experience.

Most products are available, however flowers and freshly sliced deli meats are not currently offered on Uber Eats.

It’s usually because the item is out of stock. In some cases, certain products aren’t listed on Uber Eats.

Yes, prices on Uber Eats are higher than Leaf Online and in-store, reflecting third-party service and delivery fees.

All Uber Eats orders are delivered by Uber Eats drivers.

Orders can be changed or cancelled in the Uber Eats app until they’ve been finalised by our team. After that point, changes aren’t possible.

Your receipt is available in the Uber Eats app.

All Uber Eats order issues must be handled directly through the Uber Eats app.
